PRICING & FUNDING

Fees and funding

Residential and dementia care cost £1,150 a week, and respite care costs £1,200 a week. We are contracted with Bridgend County Borough Council and accept funded residents from multiple authorities. We support moves from anywhere in the UK and offer clear, transparent guidance throughout the process.

Our weekly fees

We charge the same for residential and dementia care, as the care people need increases as their mobility declines. Respite is a little higher because it includes a full assessment and care plan over a shorter stay.

What the fee includes

The weekly fee includes:

  • 24-hour care from professionally trained staff
  • your relative’s own room, which they are welcome to make their own
  • all meals, snacks and drinks, cooked fresh in our kitchen
  • personal care, and help with medication from trained staff
  • laundry, with every item labelled
  • activities and entertainment in the home
  • a key worker who keeps in touch with you

Some things, such as the hairdresser and chiropodist, are paid for separately. We will give you a full list before your relative moves in.

Funding your care

We are contracted by several councils, including Bridgend County Borough Council, so if your relative’s care is funded by their local council, please ask us. If you are paying for care yourselves, we will talk you through the fees and what is included before you decide.

We welcome moves from anywhere in the UK. If your relative is coming from outside the area, we will help register them with a local GP.
